Walking/Running Challenge onour walkway around our school! It's great to get outside, great some fresh air. 

Movement breaks -

  6. Fun Time with Friends: Moving breaks are a great way to play, talk, and have fun with your classmates.

  7. Teaches Healthy Habits: Taking movement breaks helps you learn how to stay healthy as you grow up.
